Cream of cod fish?

Help! My grandma used to make cream of cod fish and she pass away couple years ago. Does any one know how to make it?? It have to made from scratch. Thank you bless her soul!Cream of cod fish?
CREAMED COD FISH





1 lb. salt cod fish


4 tbsp. butter


2 tbsp. flour


2 c. milk


Dash Tabasco sauce


1 tbsp. minced parsley


2 tbsp. chopped chives


2 hard boiled eggs





Fresh cod under cold water. Simmer 10 minutes, water to cover. Drain. Chop in food processor. Melt butter, stir in flour. Cook until smooth. Slowly add milk, stir until smooth and thickened. Add Tabasco sauce, minced parsley, chives and cod. Cook, stir. Add boiled eggs, chopped. Cook 1 minute more. Serve on toast or mashed potatoes.

Codfish In Cream Sauce





陆 pound of codfish


1 pint of milk


Yolk of 1 egg


2 tablespoons of butter


2 tablespoons of flour


1 saltspoonful of salt


1 saltspoonful of pepper





Soak the cod overnight in cold water.





In the morning pick it apart and place it in a kettle of boiling water; bring to the boiling point and drain.





Place in boiling water again, and let it cook slowly about ten minutes. Drain.





Cook the flour and butter together until smooth, add the milk, and when it begins to boil add the codfish, salt, and pepper.





Place over hot water for twenty minutes, then add the yolk of the egg and serve immediately.





Serve in a border of mashed potatoes, or with plain boiled potatoes.Cream of cod fish?

I've had it, but never made it. Just off the top of my head, I think I'd bake the cod, and then add to bechamel sauce (flour, butter, and milk. Google it).
