Nope you cant.Is there a way to install a map pack(lets say the COD WaW map pack 1)onto my 360 free via a cd if its flashed?
i don't think the xbox gives you an option to download it when it reads it. im pretty sure you can only download music into your xbox or if its an arcade game or something you purchased at the store for xbox live
